Ordering for Christmas? From mid-November through December, processing and transit times can be longer due to high demand. Order as early as you can, or choose Express Shipping to make sure your items arrive in time.

Good to know

Every piece is made in the European Union, at our workshop in Lithuania, and shipped from there or from our US fulfilment centre in Clackamas, Oregon.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Click the link in the email, or enter the number on the carrier’s website.

Where we ship from

We’re based in Lithuania, in the European Union, where all our products are made from premium, durable materials. Most US orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Clackamas, Oregon.

Incorrect address

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it for an additional shipping fee, or issue a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).

Signature on delivery

Some parcels need a signature. If you’re not home, you can collect it from the carrier’s local facility or arrange redelivery. Parcels not collected within the time shown on the carrier’s notice are returned to us and aren’t eligible for a refund.
