Return Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since you received your order (based on delivery tracking confirmation), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it depends solely on the postal service.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several days. If you paid for Express Shipping, the shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again later.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Incorrect Address
If you have provided an incorrect/insufficient address which resulted in your order being returned back to us, you will need to pay an extra shipping fee in order for the item to be re-shipped. Alternatively, a partial refund can be issued (excluding shipping costs).
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form or on info@indoorhooper.com
Signature, Redelivery & Collection
Some shipments will require a signature to be delivered. In case you are not available to sign for it on the day of the delivery, you will be able to collect it from your local post office at your own convenience or arrange a redelivery. Every country's postal service provider has different terms when it comes to keeping items at the post office - normally items are kept for 14 - 21 calendar days. If you fail to collect your order or arrange a redelivery within the given time-frame, it will be sent back to us. In that case, you will not be eligible for a refund.
