    Depending on what option you select at the checkout, we dispatch orders within 1-3 business days from when it was placed. Economy shipments are normally shipped in 3-6 business days.

    During the Christmas period (mid Nov - Dec), this time frame may be extended due to high demand. Delays can occur. To secure your items & make sure they arrive by Christmas, order as early as possible or use Express Shipping option.

  • I haven't received order confirmation email. Why?

    Your order confirmation email has been sent immediately after you've placed an order. If you cannot find it in your main inbox, please check your Promotions or Spam/Junk folders. Please note that we ALWAYS send order confirmation & shipping confirmation emails to the email address you've provided at the checkout.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can then track it by clicking on the tracking link in the email, or directly on designated carrier's website using the tracking number we provided.

  • USPS tracking hasn't updated for several days. Why?

    If you've received a shipping confirmation email from us but your USPS tracking hasn't updated yet, please note that it can take several business days for USPS to process your package and update the tracking information after we hand it over to them.
