Shipping Policy

DISPATCH
Depending on what option you select at the checkout, we dispatch orders within 1-3 business days from when it was placed. During the Christmas period (mid Nov - Dec), this time frame may be extended due to high demand.
 
SHIPPING TIMES
Please find the estimated shipping times (after the order has been dispatched) below for each shipping method based on many years of order data. In case your order is in transit longer than expected, please contact the designated carrier and use the tracking number we provided. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we have no control over transit times.

1. United States

    NOTE: During the Christmas period (Mid Nov - Dec) delays can occur due to significant increase in volume of mail/parcels being sent globally. If you buy our products as Christmas presents, make sure you order them well in advance or use Express Shipping option. 

    LOCATION
    We are based in European Union (Lithuania) where all the products are made in and shipped from. This allows us to ensure that you get the finest European quality and super durable product because of the premium materials that we use. We also have a fulfillment center in the United States where most of the products are distributed domestically.

    TRACKING
    Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can then track it by clicking on the tracking link in the email, or directly on designated carrier's website using the tracking number we provided.

    INCORRECT ADDRESS
    If you have provided an incorrect/insufficient address which resulted in your order being returned back to us, you will need to pay an extra shipping fee in order for the item to be re-shipped. Alternatively, a partial refund can be issued (excluding shipping costs). 

    SIGNATURE
    On some occasions, shipments may require a signature to be delivered. In case you are not available to sign for it on the day of the delivery, you will be able to collect it from your the carrier's local facility at your own convenience or arrange a redelivery. If you fail to collect the order or arrange a redelivery within the given time-frame (indicated on the notice left by the delivery person), it will be sent back to us. In that case, you will not be eligible for a refund.
