Shipping Policy

Depending on what option you select at the checkout, we dispatch orders within 1-3 business days from when it was placed.
Even though some orders will arrive faster than the time-frames listed below, please find the estimated shipping times (after the order has been dispatched) below for each shipping method based on many years of order data. In case your order is in transit longer than expected, please contact your local postal service provider and use the tracking number we provided. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we have no control over transit times.

1. Express Shipping - FedEx / DHL / UPS / DPD

Express Shipping is super fast and takes 2-4 business days worldwide. The final rate depends on the product and is calculated at the checkout.

2. Standard - Priority Registered Mail (Free)

  • United States (4 - 12 days)
  • Europe (2 - 8 days)
  • Canada (6 - 12 days)
  • Australia & New Zealand (8 - 14 days)
  • Rest of World (10 - 21 days)

NOTE: During the Christmas period (Mid Nov - Dec) delays can occur due to significant increase in volume of mail being sent globally. If you buy our products as Christmas presents, make sure you order them well in advance or use Express Shipping option. 

Most of the nets ordered by customers in the US are shipped from our fulfillment facility in Springfield, VA. 

We are based in European Union (Lithuania) where all the products are made in and shipped from. This allows us to ensure that you get the finest European quality and super durable product because of the premium materials that we use. Please note that we use Polish Post to ship most of the orders as it provides faster service than Lithuanian Post to most of the countries.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can then track it using "Track My Order" feature in the main menu or directly on the designated carrier's website.

If you have provided an incorrect/insufficient address which resulted in your order being returned back to us, you will need to pay an extra shipping fee in order for the item to be re-shipped. Alternatively, a partial refund can be issued (excluding shipping costs). 

As we use Registered Mail service to ensure safe delivery, every shipment requires a signature to be delivered. In case you are not available to sign for it on the day of the delivery, you will be able to collect it from your local post office at your own convenience or arrange a redelivery. Depending on your country's postal service provider's terms - normally the post office keeps the item for 14 - 21 calendar days. If you fail to collect the order or arrange a redelivery within the given time-frame, it will be sent back to us. In that case, you will not be eligible for a refund.
