HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept all major payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We dispatch orders on the same day if ordered before 4pm GMT Monday to Saturday.

SHIPPING CHARGES & TIMES
We offer 2 types of shipping:

1. Standard Shipping (Priority Tracked Mail) - Free
As we dispatch almost every order the same day, the final delivery time purely depends on your country's postal service and how fast they operate. Even though many orders will arrive faster than the time-frames listed below, please find estimated delivery times based on several years of order data:

• US & Canada (6 - 12 days)
• Europe (3 - 10 days)
• Australia & New Zealand (6 - 14 days)
• Rest of World (10 - 24 days)

In case your order is in transit longer than expected, please contact your local postal service provider and use the tracking number we provided. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we have no control over transit times.

2. Express Shipping - FedEx / UPS / DHL - $30 USD
Express Shipping is super fast and takes 2-4 business days worldwide.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then track it using "Track My Order" feature in the main menu or directly on your country's postal service operator's website using the tracking number we provide.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All products are made in and shipped from European Union (Lithuania). 

WHAT ABOUT THE PRODUCT QUALITY?
Every single one of our nets is handmade by us here in European Union (Lithuania). This allows us to ensure that you get the finest European quality and super durable product because of the premium materials that we use.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so before your order is dispatched. If you wish to do that, please contact us immediately using the form provided or on info@indoorhooper.com .
