HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept all major payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Depending on what option you select at the checkout, we dispatch orders within 24-48 hours from when it was placed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Even though some orders will arrive faster than the time-frames listed below, please find the estimated delivery times for each shipping method based on many years of order data:

1. Express Shipping - FedEx /  DHL / UPS / DPD

Express Shipping is super fast and takes 2-4 business days worldwide. The final rate depends on the product and is calculated at the checkout.

2. Standard - Registered Priority Mail | Tracked

• US & Canada (6 - 12 days)
• Europe (3 - 8 days)
• Australia & New Zealand (7 - 14 days)
• Rest of World (10 - 21 days)

3. Economy - Regular Mail | No Tracking (Free)

• US & Canada (8 - 15 days)
• Europe (5 - 12 days)
• Australia & New Zealand (10 - 18 days)
• Rest of World (12 - 25 days)


In case your order is in transit longer than expected, please contact your local postal service provider and use the tracking number we provided. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we have no control over transit times.


NOTE: During the Christmas period (Mid Nov - Dec) delays can occur due to significant increase in volume of mail being sent globally. If you buy our products as Christmas presents, make sure you order them well in advance or use Express Shipping option. 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHY?
Your order confirmation email has been sent immediately after you've placed an order. If you cannot find it in your main inbox, please check your Promotions or Spam/Junk folders. Please note that we ALWAYS send order confirmation & shipping confirmation emails to the email address you've provided at the checkout.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you've selected Priority Registered Mail or Express option at the checkout, once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then track it using "Track My Order" feature in the main menu. Please note that if you selected Economy shipping method, order tracking will not work.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED & WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We are based in European Union (Lithuania) where all the products are made in and shipped from. This allows us to ensure that you get the finest European quality and super durable product because of the premium materials that we use.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may do so before your order is dispatched. If you wish to do that, please contact us immediately using the form provided or on info@indoorhooper.com . 

HOW CAN I CONTACT INDOORHOOPER?
You can use the Chat feature, email us on info@indoorhooper.com or use the contact form provided in the main menu. Please note that we always reply within less than 24 hours. If you can't find our reply in your main inbox in 24 hours, please check your Spam folder (as well as Promotions & Social tabs on Gmail). 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE WITH YOU?
We use high-level SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology (powered by Stripe & Norton Secure) which is the most advanced security measure currently available for online transactions. We do not store your personal credit card information on our servers. All transactions are heavily encrypted by our payment gateway (Stripe.com) and PayPal.
