Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order (based on delivery tracking confirmation), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it depends solely on the postal service.

Signature

As we use a Priority Registered Post service every order requires a signature to be delivered. In case you are not available to sign for it on the day of the delivery, you will be able to rearrange delivery or collect from your local post office. Depending on your country - the post office will keep the item for 14 - 21 days. In case the order is not collected within the given time-frame and is sent back to us, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several days. If you paid for Express Shipping, the shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again later.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form or on info@indoorhooper.com
